- I received a message after my ticket expired.
After you cancel your subscription ticket (=stop automatic continuation), there will be a time lag of 2~3 days until the expiration date information is reflected on the application.
Therefore, you may receive a message from the artist.
Until the information is reflected, the ticket will appear to be valid on the application, but if you have already cancelled your subscription, please be assured that you will not be charged again.

There is a possibility that the cancellation procedure has not been completed successfully.
Please check your paid tickets again.
