Cancelling Your Membership

I received a notification about automatic cancellation. What should I do?

Please refer to the following:

●For credit card payments
If your credit card company determines that payment is not possible, your account will be automatically canceled. This may be due to insufficient funds, expiration, or cancellation of your credit card.

Please contact your credit card company to inquire about your usage status and the cause of the payment error.

●For carrier billing
If your carrier determines that payment is not possible due to a change in carrier, phone number, or contract, or exceeding the carrier billing limit, your account will be automatically canceled.

Please contact your carrier to inquire about your carrier billing status.

●For app store payments
If there is a problem with your payment method or account on the app store, your payment may fail and your subscription will be automatically canceled.
Please refer to the help section of the app store or contact Apple or Google directly to inquire about your usage status and the cause of the payment error.

Please note that ""bubble for JAPAN"" cannot investigate the status of your payment.

If you wish to continue using the service, please purchase a new subscription ticket with the same account (Plus member ID/email address).
