Cancelling Your Membership

My ticket has expired, but I am still receiving messages.

After your subscription expires (meaning it is canceled and no longer active), there may be a delay in updating the information within the ""bubble for JAPAN"" app and stopping the delivery of artists' bubble messages.

●Regarding the reflection of subscription information:
It may take 2-3 days for the expired subscription information to be reflected within the ""bubble for JAPAN"" app.
During this time, you may still receive bubble messages from artists.
Please be aware of this.

●Checking your subscription status:
Please check the latest payment status as follows:

<For web payments>
Check your relevant ticket in My Page on the website.
If the ticket is marked as ""canceled"" under ""Check/Cancel tickets paid on the web,"" it will not be renewed.

<For app store payments>
Check your relevant ticket through the app store where you made the payment.

If the ""subscription"" (for App Store) or ""recurring purchase"" (for Google Play) has been stopped, it will not be renewed.

If you are unsure how to check, refer to the help section of the app store or contact Apple or Google directly.
