Cancelling Your Membership

I canceled my ticket, but I am still being charged.

If you canceled your subscription before the renewal date, your subscription should have been stopped.

Example:
If the renewal date is the 17th
You must cancel by the 16th, the day before.

If you are still being charged, please check the following:

● [Web payments] Withdrawal timing (for credit card payments)
If you paid by credit card, there might be a delay in processing the cancellation. Depending on your credit card company's billing cycle, the final charge could appear in the following month or the month after.

Please verify the ""Billing Month"" on your credit card statement.
* For the exact billing date, please contact your credit card company.

●You signed up with a different account than the one you unsubscribed from
If you have multiple email addresses, try logging in with every address that might be the one.

●The cancellation procedure has not been completed
Double-check that you've completed the cancellation process.

- For web payments:
Verify in your account that the subscription is marked as ""canceled.""

Be sure to access the site using a browser (Safari/Chrome).
In-app browsers (Yahoo! JAPAN app/Google app) are not supported.

- For app store payments:
If you paid with App Store Payment or Google Play Payment, please confirm that auto-renewal is turned off.
If you are unsure how to check, refer to the help section of the app store or contact Apple or Google directly.
