Cancelling Your Membership
- My subscription expired even though I did not cancel it.
Because this is a subscription service, it will automatically renew and be charged each month until you cancel it. However, there are some cases where your subscription might be automatically canceled:
●Credit card payments
If it is determined that payment cannot be made with the registered credit card on the ""next renewal date,"" your membership will be automatically terminated on the renewal date, and you will no longer be able to use the service from the following day.
Please contact your credit card company to verify your card's validity, including the credit limit and expiration date.
●Carrier billing
If you change your mobile carrier or number, or if there is a change to your contract information, the billing information may not be transferred, and your subscription could be automatically canceled.
For questions about your contract status and carrier billing, please contact your mobile carrier.
●App store payments
If there is a problem with your payment method or account on the app store, your payment might fail, and your subscription could be automatically canceled.
If your payment was declined or not processed, please refer to the help section of the app store or contact Apple or Google directly.
