Logging In
- I can't log in.
Please check the following (1 to 5):
1. Typos
Make sure you haven't made any mistakes with uppercase or lowercase letters, or with using fullwidth characters instead of halfwidth characters.
You can only log in using halfwidth alphanumeric characters.

2. Logging in with your Plus member ID
Make sure to include the ""E"" at the beginning of your ID.

3. Logging in with your email address
Your login ID is the email address you used when you registered.
If you have multiple email addresses, try any that you think you might have used.
*If you changed your email address:
If you didn't update your email address on your My Page, you'll need to use the email address you used when you first registered. Even if you can't get emails at that address anymore (for example, if you got a new phone), it's still the email address you need to use to log in.
4. Incorrect password
Try resetting your password by clicking ""Forgot your password?"" at the bottom of the login screen.
*Passwords can be up to 12 characters long and must be alphanumeric.
5. Redirected to the top page
If you are redirected to the top page, it might be because cookies are disabled in your browser settings. Make sure cookies are enabled.

Please contact us by email with the following information:

・Date of birth (YYYYMMDD)
・Registered email address

About your login attempts
・The Plus member ID (starting with ""E"") you tried to log in with
・The email address you tried to log in with
・The password you entered (number of digits)
・The first and last characters of the password you entered
・Any error messages you saw
