- The app has been locked, and you cannot login.
When incorrect information is entered several times into the login screen of the “bubble for JAPAN” app, the account will be locked.
Due to security concerns, you will not be allowed to immediately re-attempt a login. Allow some time to pass, and it will become possible to re-attempt a login.
