Where can I check the tickets I’m subscribed to?

● For Web Payments
For tickets purchased through credit card or carrier billing, please check them using the following method:

Verification method:
Log in to the ""bubble for JAPAN"" website > Go to My Page > ""Check/Cancel Tickets Purchased via Web""
*On the same page, you can also verify the update date (or expiration date if the cancellation procedure has been completed).

● For App Store/Google Play Payments
For tickets purchased through App Store or Google Play, please check them using the following method:

＜For App Store Payment Users＞
1. Open ""Settings"" on your device and tap your Apple ID.
2. Tap ""Subscriptions.""
3. Tap ""bubble for JAPAN"" and check your registration details.

＜For Google Play Payment Users＞
1. Open the Google Play app.
2. Tap the profile icon in the upper right.
3. Tap [Payments and Subscriptions] > [Subscriptions].
4. Tap ""bubble for JAPAN"" and check your registration details.

For operation methods, please refer to the help section of your store and contact the App Store or Google Play if necessary.

Also, you can check within the ""My bubble"" section of the ""bubble for JAPAN"" app.
