- Will my subscription days reset when my ticket expires?
If you re-register under the following conditions, you can resume your subscription with your remaining days unchanged:
- Pay for the subscription ticket within 24 hours after it expires.
- Use the same account (Plus member ID/email address) for the process.<Note>
- If you have canceled your membership, you won’t be able to restore your subscription, even if you log in or pay with the same account.
- Note that messages from artists sent during the expired period cannot be resent. Please keep this in mind.
If you use any other method, we will not be able to recover your subscription days.
