- Can I still access my old chat rooms after my ticket expires?
If you log in and pay with the same account (Plus member ID/email address) after your ticket expires, any message received or replies sent before the ticket expired will be restored.
How to restore messages:
Tap the “:” button in the relevant artist's chat room. > Click the settings button in the lower right corner. > Go to Chat Room Settings and select “Load Chat History.”<Note>
- If you have canceled your subscription, you will not be able to recover your account, even if you log in or pay with the same account.
- Note that any messages the artist sent after your ticket expired cannot be resent.
