- Do I need to do anything if I change my device? (Using app store billing)
●If you changed from iPhone to iPhone:
You can continue your subscription.
Log in to the "bubble for JAPAN" app on your new device with the same Plus member ID and password.
You need to use the same Apple ID that you used for App Store billing.
●If you changed from Android to Android:
You can continue your subscription.
Log in to the "bubble for JAPAN" app on your new device with the same Plus member ID and password.
You need to use the same Google account that you used for Google Play billing.
●If you changed from iPhone to Android or Android to iPhone:
If you are changing your OS (changing from iPhone to Android or Android to iPhone), be sure to cancel your automatic renewal in advance using your Apple ID or Google Play account on your previous device.
If you do not cancel, the automatic renewal will continue.
Please be careful not to make duplicate payments.
Once the subscription ticket you are currently using expires, you can use the same service by purchasing a new subscription ticket on the app store.
Please use the same Plus member ID and password for payment.<Note>
The subscription period cannot be carried over when the OS is changed. Please note this in advance.
