Do I need to take any steps if I change devices? (For credit card users)
If you are using a credit card, changing devices will not affect your registration.

You do not need to take any special steps, as your payment will continue unless you cancel your subscription.
Your ID and password will remain the same, so please log in to the bubble for JAPAN app on your new device.

If your email address (registration email address) changes due to changing devices, please edit your registration information on your My Page after logging in, under ""Check/change Plus member ID""

<Note>
When taking these steps, please access the website using a web browser (Safari or Chrome).
In-app browsers (such as those in the Yahoo! JAPAN app or Google app) are not supported.

The site may not work properly if you access it through social media apps such as X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, or LINE.
