- [Android] I get an error and can't start the app.
If you see an error, such as the app pausing or not responding, when you start the bubble for JAPAN app, please check the following settings:
●Make sure you have the latest version of the bubble for JAPAN app
Make sure your bubble for JAPAN app is up to date.
●OS version
Make sure your Android OS is up to date.
●Clear app cache
Clearing the cache can free up storage space and might make your device run better.
*The way to delete the cache varies depending on your device model and OS version. If you have any questions about how to do this, please contact your mobile carrier.
●Close app tasks
If you have many apps open at the same time, the app may not work properly.
Please close all apps you are not using, launch only the ""bubble for JAPAN"" app, and try again.
●Restart your device
Please restart your Android device and try again.
●Network connection
Make sure you have a good network connection, such as a Wi-Fi connection.
