- Do I need to do anything if I switch to a new device? (For those using direct carrier billing and keeping the same mobile carrier)
If you're keeping the same mobile carrier, your payment information will usually be transferred to your new device.
Your ID and password won't change, so please log in to the bubble for JAPAN app on your new device.
Depending on your contract with your mobile carrier, your payment information might not be transferred.
Please check with your mobile carrier for more details.
