- [iPhone] I get an error and can't start the app.
If you see an error, such as the app pausing or not responding, when you start the "bubble for JAPAN" app,
please check the following settings:

●Updating to the latest iOS version
Updating to the latest version of iOS can often resolve issues.
To update your iOS, go to Settings > General > Software Update.
●Low storage space
If your iPhone has low storage space, unnecessary apps and data may be putting a strain on memory, causing the app to run slowly or force quit.
Please free up storage space by deleting unused apps, unnecessary photos and videos, and clearing your Safari browsing history and website data.
●Restart your iPhone
Please restart your iPhone and try again.
●Close background apps
If you have many apps running in the background, it may put a strain on your device.
If there are apps running in the background, please close them.
●Network connection
Make sure you have a good network connection, such as a Wi-Fi connection.
