Can received messages be restored?

You can restore past messages after logging in with the same Plus member ID (or email address).

* How to restore messages
Click the “:” button in the corresponding artist's chat room > Click the Settings button in the lower right corner > Chat Room Settings “Load Chat History”.

＜Note＞
Messages cannot be restored if you have cancelled your "buble for JAPAN" subscription or deleted a chat room.
