If you configure your personal information on your birthday, you may not be able to receive the message.
As we are unable to re-send the message, please ensure that you have registered your birthday at least one day prior.
● About Consent Settings for Personal Information Management
You will be unable to receive the message if you have not agreed to "Consent to the collection of personal information for optional registration items".
Please confirm (check box) if you have agreed by going to "bubble for JAPAN" app > Settings > Personal Information Management.
If you still do not receive the message after checking the steps above, please try "Recall previous conversation."
