- I am unable to send replies to artists.
You may be unable to send replies due to your device's network connection or communication environment.
If an error occurs when you are replying to an artist, please check the following settings.
●If your ""bubble for JAPAN"" app is not up to date
Please ensure that you have the latest version of the ""bubble for JAPAN"" app.
●Restart your smartphone
Please restart your smartphone and try again.
●About error messages
Please try deleting error messages.
* Click the trash can button to the left of the message = ""Message canceled"" will be displayed.
●Check your communication environment
Please try replying in a location with a good connection, such as a Wi-Fi environment

●About the number of times you can reply to a message
You can reply up to three times to a message from an artist.
You will be unable to create a message from the fourth attempt onwards.
* If you cancel a reply, it will still count towards this limit.
You can reply a further three times after seven days have passed since the last message sent by the artist.
●Uninstalling and reinstalling the app
Please uninstall and reinstall the app.
You can restore past messages after logging in with the same Plus member ID (or email address).
How to restore messages
Click the “:” button in the corresponding artist's chat room > Click the Settings button in the lower right corner > Chat Room Settings “Load Chat History”.
