- How do I send replies? What should I be aware of when doing so?
If you have subscribed to messages from a specific artist with a valid ticket, you may sent a reply to any message from the artist.
● Format
Your reply can only contain text (including emojis) and stamps.
* You cannot send files such as images or audio files.
● Number of replies
You can reply to a message from an artist up to three times since the last message was sent.
* If you cancel a reply, it will still count towards this limit.
You can reply a further three times after seven days have passed since the last message sent by the artist.
● Number of characters
The number of characters you can include in your reply to an artist will increase based on the number of days you have continued your subscription.

● Prohibited acts and precautions when creating replies
The following items are prohibited when replying to artists.
・ Sexual symbols, remarks, or abusive language
・ Postings that defame the artist or a third party
・ Slander based on unsubstantiated information
・ Symbols or statements that cause fear or anxiety
・ Postings that depict or allude to images that are disgusting or offensive from a general perspective
・ Continuously sending the same or similar content
・ Postings that are intended to incite or assist in the commission of a crime
・ Postings that include personally identifying information, including your own
・ Any other content prohibited by law
In the event of prosecution brought by an artist or an agent of an artist, the company may provide user information to the relevant authorities in accordance with the law.
