- When will I receive special messages?
You will receive congratulatory messages from artists you are subscribed to on the birthday you have registered in your profile settings.
The message will be sent at midnight of the standard time of the region registered in your "bubble for JAPAN" profile.
* If you have not configured your region of residence, the message will be sent at midnight Japan Standard Time (JST).
If you would like to receive congratulatory messages, please register your birthday in your profile at least one day prior.<Notes>
・ You will be unable to receive the message if you have not agreed to "Consent to the collection of personal information for optional registration items".
Please confirm (check box) if you have agreed by going to "bubble for JAPAN" app > Settings > Personal Information Management.
・ If you configure your personal information on your birthday, you may not be able to receive the message.
As we are unable to re-send the message, please ensure that you have registered your birthday at least one day prior.
