Chat Rooms
- I am unable to view messages and videos sent by artists.
If you are unable to view photos sent by an artist or have problems playing videos, please check the following items.
● Access permission settings for the "bubble for JAPAN" app
If access permissions are set to "not allowed", you will not be able to properly view photos or videos.
Please check if the "bubble for JAPAN" app is allowed to access photos and videos in your device's settings.

Change the stting to "Selected photos" or "All photos" in device settings > bubble for JAPAN > Photos > Photo access permissions
[Android]
Device settings > Apps > bubble for JAPAN > Allow photos and videos in Privacy "Permissions"
* The displayed settings may differ depending on version.
Please ask your phone company or store for details regarding settings.
● Delete cache from device settings/Android only
1. Launch the "Settings" app
2. Tap "Apps"
3. Select "bubble for JAPAN"
4. Tap "Storage and cache"
5. Select "Delete cache"
● Uninstall and reinstall the app
Please uninstall and reinstall the app.
You can restore past messages after logging in with the same Plus member ID (or email address).
* How to restore messages
Click the “:” button in the corresponding artist's chat room > Click the Settings button in the lower right corner > Chat Room Settings “Load Chat History”.
