- Images and videos sent by artists are not displayed.
If photos from an artist are not displayed or have problems playing videos, please check the following.
● Delete cache from device settings/Android only
1. Launch the "Settings" app
2. Tap "Apps"
3. Select "bubble for JAPAN"
4. Tap "Storage and cache"
5. Select "Delete cache"
● Uninstall and reinstall the app
Please uninstall and reinstall the app.
You can restore past messages after logging in with the same Plus member ID (or email address).
* How to restore messages
Click the “:” button in the corresponding artist's chat room > Click the Settings button in the lower right corner > Chat Room Settings “Load Chat History”.
