How do I check my current payment status?

Please confirm using the methods below:

●For credit card payments
Please check your credit card statement.
The billing source name will be listed as ""bubble for JAPAN.""

●For carrier payments
Please check through your contracted mobile carrier's website:

For docomo users:
https://smt.docomo.ne.jp/

・ Log in to d-menu
・ Proceed to My Menu
・ Select ""Recurring billing list / Usage history"" under ""Recurring billing list""

For au users:
https://id.auone.jp/

・ Access the au ID member information site
・ Tap the [MENU] icon in the upper-right corner
*Note: On a PC, click [au Simple Payment] on the right side of the screen.
・ Tap [Registered Services] under the ""au Simple Payment"" section

For SoftBank users:
https://www.softbank.jp/mobile/support/

・ Log in to My SoftBank
・ Tap ""Consolidated Payment"" at the top of the screen
*When operating from your contracted smartphone, please turn off Wi-Fi for automatic login.
・ Tap ""Registered Services""

●For application store payments:

For App Store payments:
1. Open ""Settings"" on your device and tap your Apple ID name.
2. Tap ""Subscriptions.""
3. Tap 'bubble for JAPAN' to check your subscription details.

For Google Play payments:
1. Open the Google Play app.
2. Tap the profile icon in the upper-right corner.
3. Tap [Payments & Subscriptions] > [Subscriptions].
4. Tap 'bubble for JAPAN' to check your subscription details.
