Do I have to arrange to pay each month?

Once you purchase a subscription ticket, both credit card payments and mobile carrier payments are set to automatic renewal billing. Therefore, there is no need to re-arrange payments every month.
However, should payment be declined, the subscription will automatically expire. Please be aware of this in advance.

●For Credit Card Payments
Please check the card's expiration date and spending limit.
For details about your card's usage status, please contact your credit card company.

●For Mobile Carrier Payments
Changes to your contract details (e.g., name or phone number) may prevent the use of mobile carrier payments.
For more information, please contact your mobile carrier or service shop.

●For App Store Payments

Payments may not be processed successfully if there are problems with the payment method registered in the store or with the account.
For information about your usage status and the cause of payment errors, refer to the help section of the store you use or contact the App Store or Google Play.
