- How do I change my payment method?
Please check the following before proceeding with the procedure.
● When changing from application store payment ⇔ online payment
You will need to cancel your subscription with the existing payment method.
Please re-register using your preferred payment method after the expiration date of your subscription.
<Note>
Cancellation of application store payments must be made via the App Store for the iOS version, and via Google Play for the Android version.
Please note that it is not possible to do so on the "bubble for JAPAN" website.
● When changing from carrier payment to credit card payment
● When changing from credit card payment to carrier payment
You will need to cancel your subscription with the existing payment method.
Please re-register using your preferred payment method after the expiration date of your subscription.
● When changing from a registered credit card to another credit card
After logging in, you can modify your credit card information in the [Check/Modify Credit Card] section on My Page.
