- I have made a payment, but am unable to verify my subscription ticket.
Please check the following items.
● In the event of online payment
If you are logged in with a Plus member ID that has completed payment via credit card or carrier, but the corresponding ticket is not displayed in the "Confirmation/Cancellation of tickets paid for via online payment" section of My Page, please tap the "Restore Payment Information" button on the same page.
● In the event of payment via application store
If you have completed your payment via the App Store or the Google Play Store, but your ticket is not displayed in "My bubble" in the app, please try the following steps.
1. Check your login account
Please check if you are currently logged in to the same application store account that you used to purchase the ticket.
2. Restore your purchase history
tap the "Restore Purchase History" button at the bottom of "My bubble" in the app.
3. Check your purchase history
If your purchase history was not restored, please check if a receipt has been issued from the App Store or the Google Play Store on your device and sent to the address registered in the application store.
For details on how to check your purchase history, please refer to the help pages of the application store you are using, and contact the App Store or the Google Play Store for assistance.
If the above steps are unsuccessful in resolving the problem
Please submit an inquiry with your "bubble for Japan" account information/payment method/device name/OS version.
