Subscription Tickets
- Please tell me about the validity period of the ticket.
A purchased ticket is valid for one month and can be used for one month from the subscription date.
On the subscription (payment) completion date, a one-month fee will be charged.
From the following month onward, unless the ticket is canceled, it will automatically renew, and the fee for the next month will be charged on the renewal date.
Example:
Subscription starts on March 15.
The renewal date is the 15th of each month.
*Note:* If you wish to cancel, you must complete the cancellation process by the day before (14th).
