What are the billing and renewal dates?

●About Billing Dates
On the day your subscription card payment is completed, a one-month subscription fee will be charged.
Beginning the subsequent month, unless the auto-renewal is canceled, automatic renewal billing will occur on the renewal date and a one-month fee will be charged.

If you cancel (i.e., stop auto-renewal) by the day before your renewal date, your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again.
If you miss the cancellation deadline, charges will continue until the next payment is processed.

<Attention>
The billing date may differ from the withdrawal date.

For credit card payments, depending on your card's closing date and withdrawal date, the withdrawal may occur in the following month or even later.
Please check with your credit card company for details about withdrawal dates.

●About the Renewal Date
The next renewal date will be the same day of the following month as the day your payment is completed.
However, if your payment is made on the 31st and there is no such day in the following month, the renewal date will be set to the last day of the month (e.g., February 28th for the end of February).
You can check the next update date on your ""My Page"".

Example 1:
You purchase a subscription ticket on December 15.
The 1-month usage fee is billed on December 15.
The renewal date is the 15th of every month, and the next 1-month fee will be charged on that date.
*Cancellation must be completed by the 14th.
After cancellation, you can use the artist's bubble until the 15th of that month.

Example 2:
You purchase a subscription ticket on May 31.
The 1-month usage fee is billed on May 31.
The renewal date is the 30th of every month, with the next 1-month fee charged on that date.
*Cancellation must be completed by the 29th.
After cancellation, you can use the artist's bubble until the 30th of that month.

Example 3:
You purchase a subscription ticket on January 31.
The 1-month usage fee is billed on January 31.
The renewal date is February 28, with the next 1-month fee charged on that date.
*Cancellation must be completed by the 27th.
After cancellation, you can use the artist's bubble until the 28th of that month.
