How do I change from app payment to web payment?

Please follow the steps below:

1. Cancel your subscription purchased through app payment.
Please cancel your existing subscription through the app store payment system.

2. After the subscription expires, make a payment on the website.
Log in to the website with your Plus member ID and resubscribe using your preferred payment method.
*There may be a time lag of 2-3 days before the expiration information is reflected in the app.

If you wish to carry over your remaining subscription days, you must complete the process within 24 hours after the expiration date.


・To check the expiration date of your app payment,
please check your subscriptions or recurring payments in the App Store or Google Play.
・You cannot cancel your subscription within the ""bubble for JAPAN"" app or on the website.
For iOS, you need to complete the process in the App Store, and for Android, in Google Play.

If you resubscribe using any method other than the steps above, you will not be able to carry over your remaining subscription days.
