About Plus member ID

I have acquired multiple Plus member IDs. What should I do?

We do not allow multiple Plus member IDs.
Also, you cannot change or merge the Plus member ID you are registered with for "bubble for JAPAN".

Please check the following:

●If you have registered for "bubble for JAPAN" multiple times:
Please cancel your subscription tickets and complete the withdrawal process for the unnecessary account yourself.

●If you are registered for both "bubble for JAPAN" and a fan club:
For example: ID (1) for "bubble for JAPAN", ID (2) for an artist's fan club/fan site

- If you want to keep (1) valid, please go through the withdrawal process for the fan club/fan site you are registered with.
If you cannot perform the withdrawal process (ID deletion) yourself, please contact us with the necessary information.

- If you want to keep (2) valid, please cancel and withdraw from "bubble for JAPAN".

Then, register as a new member of the site you have withdrawn from using the valid account.

●If you have not registered for any paid services with your Plus member ID:
You can delete the ID yourself.
