- 【iPhone】I can't hear any sound.
If you can't hear the audio in a bubble LIVE stream, please check the following:
●Artist's settings:
The artist may have muted their microphone.
*Note that if the artist turns off their microphone during the live stream, you won't be able to hear the audio.
●App version:
Make sure you have the latest version of the bubble for JAPAN app.
●iOS version:
Updating to the latest version of iOS can often resolve these kinds of issues.
To update your iPhone, go to Settings > General > Software Update.
●Restart your iPhone:
Try restarting your iPhone and see if that helps.
●Device settings:
・Make sure your phone isn't in silent mode or do not disturb mode.
・Check that the volume is turned up.
・Make sure you're not connected to a Bluetooth device.
・Make sure Do Not Disturb mode is turned off.
