I haven't received the email with my confirmation number.

We may not be able to resolve email delivery issues through our support alone.
Please take a look at the following troubleshooting steps:

●Your email address
Make sure you entered it correctly.
Try waiting a little while, or retyping your address and resending.

●iCloud addresses
We don't recommend using iCloud addresses for registration.
Apple's email settings sometimes block emails from our site, even ordinary ones.
Consider using a different email address that can send and receive emails, or a free email address (like Gmail or Yahoo).

●Domain-specific blocking
Make sure your email settings allow messages from this domain: mail.plusmember.jp.
To check or change your settings, contact your email provider (your mobile carrier or email service).

Important note for docomo, au, and SoftBank users
These carriers often have strong spam filters that can block our emails.
Even if you haven't set up any spam filters yourself, please double-check your settings.

●docomo users
Our emails might be getting flagged as spam.
How you check your spam folder depends on your device and email app.

»If you're using the standard mail app on an iPhone
»If you're using the docomo mail app on an Android phone
*You'll be redirected to docomo's website.

●au users (ezweb.ne.jp/au.com)
If your "spoofing prevention" setting is set to "High," it might be blocking our emails. Try setting it to "Medium" or lower, or turning it off.

●SoftBank users (softbank.ne.jp/i.softbank.jp)
If your spam filter is set to "Strong," it might be blocking our emails. Try setting it to "Standard" or "OFF."

●Free email and PC email users (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo)
Check your "Spam folder" or "Promotions tab."
Our email might have been automatically filtered there.

●Storage space
If your email inbox or your smartphone's storage is full, you might not be able to receive new emails.

●Restricted characters
Make sure your email address doesn't contain any of these:
Consecutive dots (.....)
Consecutive symbols (_-_)
A dot or symbol right before the @ symbol (.@)
A symbol at the beginning of the address (-abc)

If your email address has any of these, please register again with a different address.

In general, you can't use email addresses that don't follow the global internet communication standard (RFC).

This includes addresses with:
1.Symbols other than "-", "_", ".", "+", "?", or "/"
2.Two or more symbols in a row
3.A symbol at the beginning or right before the @ symbol
4.64 or more characters before the @ symbol
5.More than 256 characters in total

●Email app settings
Make sure your email app is set up correctly to receive emails.
*Contact your mobile carrier if you have questions about your email app's settings.

iPhone users
There are two email apps on iPhones: "Mail" (the standard mail app) and "Messages" (for MMS messages).
Due to how iPhones work, you might not be able to receive our emails if you're using "Messages." Please use the "Mail" app instead.

●Other
Make sure your email settings allow emails from PCs and emails that contain links.
Some email apps group related emails into threads.
