Can I use the service on a device other than a smartphone?

You will need a smartphone that can install the bubble for JAPAN app to use the service.
Please note that the following devices are not supported:

・Garakei (feature phones)
・Galaho (smartphones with keypads)
・Raku-Raku Smartphones
・PCs
*Please note that tablet devices, including iPads, are not supported.
