【Android】I'm not receiving chat room notifications.

If you're not receiving notifications even though you've checked the notification settings in the bubble for JAPAN app, please check the following settings:

●Device notification settings
Go to Settings > Apps > bubble for JAPAN > Allow notifications.
If notifications are already allowed, try turning them off and on again.

●Make sure you have the latest version of the bubble for JAPAN app
Make sure your bubble for JAPAN app is up to date.

●Updating to the latest OS version
Make sure your Android OS is up to date.

●Restart your device
Try restarting your Android device and try again.

●Device memory
If your device is low on memory, you might not receive notifications properly.
Check to see if your storage space is full, and delete any unnecessary data or apps.

●Device settings
・Make sure your phone isn't in silent mode, do not disturb mode, or low power mode.
・Check your ""Do Not Disturb"" settings.

The way to do this might be a little different depending on your device model and OS version.
