【iPhone】I'm not receiving chat room notifications.

If you've checked the notification settings in the bubble for JAPAN app and you're still not getting notifications, check the following:

●Device notification settings
Go to Settings > Notifications, and tap the bubble for JAPAN app. Make sure ""Allow Notifications"" is turned on.
*If it's already on, turn it off and on again.

●Make sure you have the latest version of the bubble for JAPAN app
Make sure your bubble for JAPAN app is up to date.

●Updating to the latest iOS version
Updating to the latest version of iOS can often resolve issues.

To update your iOS, go to Settings > General > Software Update.

●Restart your iPhone
Try restarting your iPhone and try again.

●Device memory
If your device is low on memory, you might not receive notifications properly.
Check to see if your storage space is full and delete any unnecessary data or apps.

●Device settings
・Make sure your phone isn't in silent mode, do not disturb mode, or low power mode.
・Make sure ""Do Not Disturb"" is turned off.
*These modes can affect app notifications.
