About bubble FONT

bubble FONT is not being applied.

If bubble FONT is not being applied, please check the following:

1. Was the message received after your purchase?
bubble FONT only applies to new messages received after the purchase is completed. It will not be applied to messages received before purchase.

2. Is the display setting turned ON?
Click the ":" button in the corresponding artist's chat room > click the Settings button in the lower right corner > bubble FONT effect

3. Was the pass successfully purchased?
Please check whether your pass appears under: STORE > MY Purchase List > bubble FONT

On some devices or OS versions, bubble FONT emojis may not display correctly.
If the issue still does not improve after checking the above, please attach a screenshot of the error screen and contact customer support.
