Pausing or Ending Service

If an artist to whom I’ve subscribed suspends their services,
what happens to the chat room?

Even in the event that an artist to whom you have subscribed has suspended their services, their chat room will not be deleted.
You will be able to continue to view any messages posted up to that point in time.

＜Important Notice＞
If you delete the chat room of the corresponding artist,
or cancel your membership with “bubble for JAPAN,” you will not be able to transfer your information.
