What happens to my ticket if an artist suspends service?

In the event of a suspension of services, any subscription tickets you possess will become invalid, and will be automatically canceled.

Please rest assured that no action will be required on the customer’s part.
Furthermore, due to the nature of our services, please note in advance that no refunds on a prorated basis will be provided. We thank you for your understanding.
