When services are suspended, all tickets will become invalid and subscriptions will cancel automatically.

▶Chat room display showing the number of days subscribed:
Only members actively subscribed to DKB E-CHAN by Thursday, June 25, 2026, 15:00 (JST), when the services are suspended, will continue to have their number of days subscribed counted.

▶Chat rooms:
Chat rooms will remain online even after the service suspension, so you can continue to view all previous messages as before.

Information cannot be recovered if you delete your DKB E-CHAN chat room or cancel your "bubble for JAPAN" membership.
