STEP1Getting a Plus member ID
Your Plus member ID starts with "E". It's automatically issued when you register for a fan club and can be used as a common ID across multiple services.
If you already have a Plus member ID, please go to STEP 2.

You can't use an email address that has already been used to get a Plus member ID.

Please enter the 6-digit verification code from the email we sent you.
If you don't receive the email, please try again with an email address that can receive emails from @mail.plusmember.jp. -
Your password must be 6 to 12 characters long.
You can change your password later. -
Please set the information to be registered with your Plus member ID.
Once you've finished registering, you won't be able to change your date of birth or gender.
STEP2Log in with Plus member ID
After logging in with your Plus member ID, please review our privacy policy.
If you already have a Plus member ID, please continue from STEP 2 here.
STEP3Select an Artist
Select the artist whose ticket you want to purchase.
When you buy a ticket for the first time, you'll be asked to create a bubble profile.
Once registered, your birthday and gender cannot be changed for six months.
You can change your nickname in the bubble for JAPAN app.
STEP4Purchasing Tickets
You can pay online with: [Credit card / dPayment / au Simple Payment / Softbank Collective Payment, Y!mobile Collective Payment].
Chargeable cards (debit cards, prepaid cards, VANDLE cards), LINE Pay, and PayPay are not accepted.
STEP5Install the App and Log In
Install the bubble for JAPAN app and log in with the Plus member ID you used to buy your ticket.
You don't need to create a new account in the app.
Make sure to log in with the Plus member ID (or email address) you used to register and buy your ticket.
