Changing Your Registration Information

I am getting the message "This email address is already being used for a Plus member ID." How can I change my address?

●If you see the message "This email address is already being used for a Plus member ID":
This means that you have already acquired a Plus member ID with the email address you want to register.

Since the Plus member ID is issued linked to the email address, you cannot change it unless you delete the ID.

If the acquired ID is not linked to any paid services or winning tickets, you can delete it yourself.
