Registering a Child or Without a Smartphone

What should a child do if they do not have a smartphone to register?

While there is no age restriction, minors should consult with their guardians.
Please also note the following registration precautions:

●About payment
Parents or family members can make payments on behalf of the child.
Even if the "name registered" and the "name on the credit card" are different for credit card payments, it can still be used.
However, please be sure to consult with the parties involved before registering.

●If a child does not have an email address
Please consider obtaining a free email address (Gmail/Yahoo, etc.).
If it has not already been used to register (obtain a Plus member ID), you can register using a family member's email address.

●If a child does not have a smartphone
You do not have to operate from the registrant's own device.
You can register using a family member's device.

To use the service, a smartphone device that can install the "bubble for JAPAN" app is required.

Please register with the information of the user (child), not the device holder.

When performing procedures on behalf of others via the website, if you are already logged in, be sure to log out and delete your browser cache before operating.

<Note 3>
Clearing your browser cache may delete saved IDs and passwords from your browser.
You will need to re-enter your ID and password when logging in again.
Please manage your ID and password login information yourself so that you do not forget it.

The "bubble for JAPAN" app can only be used on one device per account. If duplicate logins are detected on other devices, the person who logged in first will be automatically logged out.
